Up there, where you went to make me a tea of stars
the echo of the wind that sprang from your birthing screams, doesn’t reach
and the timid, see-through me, I thank you, for my existence..
I would have liked you to know that all the women who came after you raised me, not you…
they birthed me a man, you, a child,
and only the longing for that child invokes you
Only you hurt me, because life is a wound
The other women loved me in a different way, but not even one dared
leave me so alone..
.
Listen mom
up there exists, because there is also a down here where you
keep spilling the tea with your trembling hand, it rains… or maybe, you’re crying
my women admire you, envy you, they would like to birth me..
the last drop, the sun comes out, on my forehead etching streaks – following them
I will find you soon
.
the sun is coming out, a new growth pains the rib of a klutzy Adam
an Eve will kill me through her birth, listen mother, I won’t name her after you
your envy trembles at not being able to scold me
for being always chosen by hot-blooded women.. mother, I am no longer your son,
when other women spring from the crust of the wind filled with birthing pains
you remain there, the empty frame of an icon in which only the sun can fit
Lassù, dove sei andata a farmi tè dalle stelle
doar tu m-ai rănit, fiindcă viaţa-i o rană

Pain described in such a beautiful fashion. I especially like this one.

impossible longing for a mother who is no longer
which left me so many beautiful women
the women led me to become a man … mother of just a kid
and see a mother in every woman
thank you

You get so many deserved compliments on your art I can’t really add to them, nor would I try. But the mother is the mother of the blood – she will always be closer to you than you think.

detachment of pain a mother who is just in heaven now
a shift of the role of mother toward other women, any other girlfriends
thank you so much
